Nela Gets Measured [Updated] [Color] [Commission] lvl40
Added 2020-12-10 21:28:18 +0000 UTCI posted a color version of this scene back in August but wasn't happy with the results, especially Nela's face. This was one of the first times I drew Nela and her look changed a lot over the next 20 sketches of her. Plus this piece needed a background to really call it finished.
So I went back and did some more polishing up.
