Another round of info and OC post

Hello.

Let's summarize this in topics for people who aren't sure if they want to read this:

1. I think many people want to know if they can have their favorite characters done and the answer is either paid request or suggestions. The request queue is quite big at the moment, but the suggestions will have a new post on September 1st which you can suggest your favorite characters to be on polls so people can vote.

2. On another topic, the people who are interested in annual memberships. The feature is not available for me yet.

3. I've heard that many creators had problems this past month with their patrons count (I saw a big list of people complaining about it) and of course I also felt the hit. I know plenty of reasons why this is happening at least on my end. (Keep in mind that many more people are following me on other platforms).

The only thing that I can do that is still good for you is what I'm already doing which is focusing on my content. However, I may have to change some things if this keeps going. All in order to be able to keep working for many years.

Most people are here because of the exclusive content, not because they want to support me to keep going. That's about 10% of the people. I have that number from surveys when you join here. Also please, don't send me messages that requires answer in there, I don't check that place regularly. Send me personal messages instead.

With that said, I always assume that if everything goes to s**t, there will still be these 10% or maybe a bit more like 15% people supporting me. And I know that these people will support me on my decisions as long as I keep working as usual. So this is just food for the thought for the other 85-90%. If you like the content and how accessible it is at the moment, consider that your money is not being wasted.

4. A "behind the scenes" here is that I hired someone to help me with certain things. It isn't very useful to talk about it, because it's not someone who you usually have contact with. The person helps me by drafting some posts (placing tags, scheduling and sometimes titles) while I place the images and the text. Note: this is recent.

They also schedule my posts on X and Instagram. There is an option for "delegate" someone on X and Instagram has the Meta Business which is pretty useful too. Just talking about it because maybe some people could make a use of these tools.

Comments, messages, etc. All things like that are done by me as usual. Sometimes I've been responding earlier the comments because I noticed that it's a bit faster on my phone actually, so whenever I need to go afk earlier I can use that time to answer your comments and messages. By the way, on pixiv it's only me.

I must say that this actually didn't save me that much time, because we actually had to change a bit how I was posting things on social media so I now have a bit of extra work on other parts, but overall it helps a bit with the anxiety when it's really late on a day and I still didn't schedule anything lol.

Oh yes, the collections, this person also worked on organizing some collections for you by my request. There are still things being worked on. It's also good to have a second eye for when I did something wrong, however due to experience, is usually the other way around.

If you are wondering, this person has almost 0 knowledge on the anime digital art or AI art, so I don't ask them anything about that, not even to upscale stuff for me.

I thought about other ways that I could invest to make this place better for you, but for now this was one of the best options I had. I've increased the average numbers of images on sets a bit (sometimes not just a bit) and the part that started to work better on Patreon like Collections only started a few weeks ago because I wasn't able to make a team here yet.

I have some other ideas to improve this place and my content overall, which will still take some time, but with what I said about the topic above it worries me a bit to invest with all the uncertainties.
