Shading + high contrast:

I've always loved the coloring style of the legendary muscle & futa artist Zebodoy, where the texture of the pencil shading on paper is visible in the final color image, instead of being fully inked and painted over smoothly. If I could develop this style I feel like it would save me a lot of time, for example when it comes to cranking out pages of a comic. What do you think, something to experiment with more often? Or stick to the traditional coloring style I've been using so far?
