Patreon seems to be having a problem with connecting to Discord where it gives you an error when you try to connect the two.

If you're thinking of pledging please hold off for a while until they fix this!
And if you're already a patron and already have discord and patreon connected, DON'T DISCONECT!
Once you disconnect it you won't be able to connect them again until they fix it.
