Hi! Sorry it's so annoying. I've emailed them and talked to support multiple times and I guess it's just a high volume issue. I've looked into and tried other hosts but SFS actually has the fastest downloads so I end up using it even though it's a pain. Whenever I get the Service Temporarily Unavailable error message, it always eventually downloads for me after refreshing the page a couple times. That should work even though its more time consuming. Sorry again
