In my heart of hearts this is like 700 years after Prince of Omens. when I imagine them in the ancient era it would have been lonely and they’d be pulled apart by head office on different jobs so often. This would be a healthy open relationship in my books. When they’re together they’re committed as they can be and when they need to leave it’s not a huge hardship because they know the separation won’t last!
