I also been thinking, I hate low activity of mine, I keep feeling tired all the time...
I had to sell my dj console to buy a new phone since old finally died.
So I figured out, I can try posting something everything, like a selfie, or a text. so the phone price isn;t gonna hurt that much since I use it for "work purposes" XD
But yeah, I think it's my hashimoto that keep doing that, I go to bed, and I'm tired, wake up, still tired. so I'm trying diets and cutting stuff that might be bad. So far it makes my moods stay kinda the same so I don't have deppresive episodes XD but yeah, it got worse since the first time I was diagnosed. Just a little update for you, not sure if you wanna know. but I thought I will share :)
