Excited to see this guy completed, first draft that is. A lot of the time I need to print a full size to see exactly what I like. I am the type of person that needs to see it in full and then analyze what needs to be altered.
A few things I want to change before printing the next one:
-Making the walls thinner. Went a little overboard with the walls/infill making the print very heavy which is not what I need. So I will alter this to make the print, print faster and much lighter as well but still remain strong.
-The upper tooth ledge, I want to sink it in a bit more so I have more space to add teeth much easier. Meaning I need to work on new models for teeth as they are partially started but wanted to see how the initial print came out and see what I wanted to do.
-Might do a version where the nose section is sliced off so it makes it easier to cover the nose in fabric and then glue it on. Will need to draw this section up to show exactly what I have in mind and how easy it would be to create new looks this way.
-Need to work on the eye cut outs, if everything works out well I should have no problem with doing the acrylic eye kits on this head. I need to design the new cut out so it fits it perfectly and maybe test new eyelid designs I have in mind. So many ideas!
So overall the shape is where I want it to be but still need to do improvements. Plan to do do a version that has foam casted ears as well and continue adding to it until more of it turns out to be a kit I can offer.
