July is a busy month for me every year, and this year is no exception. Trying to wrap up a lot of projects before taking a much needed birthday break over a weekend. Finishing up a few suits in time for the event as well so a lot of things are happening all at once.
Fursuits:
Been testing a ton of new techniques, from eyes, head structures, new patterns and even working on a new digitigrade pattern. Been literally all over the place trying to get as much done as I can. Big reason why you probably see me jump from project to project so often. Happy to report most of the new stuff I am working on can be replicated which means I will be able to offer a lot of these new things very soon.
Expect a photo wave of new suits in the next few days. Finishing up quite a few and happy to be doing final touches on so many all at once.
Megaplex:
With Megaplex around the corner (early August) I am working on releasing some new merch in time for the con. If you happen to be in florida for that con be sure to roll by my table. If you are patron be sure to say hi and I can give you a mixedcandy sticker as well. Any of the left over merch I have specially new items such as hats and some head bases will be posted on patron first and the rest on twitter after. Excited to share all these new things with everyone.
3D work:
Currently working on finishing some commissions that are owed at the moment. Have 2 in my list of things "to do". Trying to get those fully wrapped up along with the final work on the wolf to be able to offer that one as a Vseeface avatar. Still need to do retopology work and texturing. My aim was to release it this month but it looks like it will be getting pushed to the next since the rigging will still take a few days.
Tutorials:
I am going to be working on a photo tutorial on how to make the noses I am currently doing. I will be going over the "simpler way" of making one with the more shallow nostrils as it is the easiest one to replicate and teach. I will create another tutorial for the "deep nostril" nose soon after. So I hope you like noses! plus working with not so friendly materials such as mochi that loves to stretch a lot when working with it.
Busy, busy but so many good things are coming up.
