Regarding main route which particular scene you're referring to that you're missing? You dont even get to the club? Regarding sex in the bathroom with Christine... you can get it only on horny route i.e. horny points are bigger than friend points.

2019-08-26 20:38:20 +0000 UTCHowever I play the game I am not able to have the scene with Christine in the VIP room at the new club end other than Christine suddenly preparing to walk out and then appearing in the car. When I try the NTR route the game ends in the hot tub on the yacht. The same happens when I try to make the Corporate route more "Horny". Is there more to the scene in the club and how do I get it to play? Thanks.
