We kick things off with a 'first thing in the morning' scene. I'm empty and light, my belly soft and rested from a good night's sleep. You'll see me step on the scales for my morning weigh-in, providing a base weight to contrast with the full, bloated belly I sport by dinner.
Next up is my shower routine. This is after a fulfilling day of eating, and my belly is noticeably bloated. You'll see how the water cascades over my round belly, highlighting its bloated contours under the soothing stream.
Finally, I dress in short shorts and a tight flannel shirt. This outfit choice was no accident - these clothes really accentuate my bloated belly. The shorts hug my waist snugly, and the flannel shirt adds a pop of color and tightness, both working together to put the spotlight on my bloated belly.
