Sonic Game: Game Mechanics Rework Month!

Dear Backers and Supporters!

I hope you are all doing well. Today I want to give you an update on the Sonic Game.

As it stands, I have been writing scenes for the game, albeit that was much too forward. It made the game too cluttered and the many stats were a problem, which is why the scenes are replaced with more empty placeholders for now as the game is balanced. This means, this month I will be working to get a basic setup for different functions of the game.

If you have seen the sketches of the titlescreen images, you probably already noticed that the nurse look of the last pic is different from the one in-game. That is because I left my artist creative freedom with it, seeing how I personally wasn't quite happy with the image. Mainly because it didn't look girly enough in a sense.

Gomamon Trainer: Version 0.69 - Another Art and Music Update!

A new soundtrack WIP. This one is for enemy encounters at the Firewalls. I think it works well up to 25 seconds. After that the speed picks up a bit too much. This could be problematic to listen to, if it swings in tone too much every half a minute, so there will be changes to it. But like I said, it is a good start and has a nice foreboding feeling to it.

A now cancelled story. I am not sure if it will ever come to completion. There were vast creative differences between me and the Commissioner.
