What's the difference between these intelligent humanoid spirit beasts and demons, and is a spirit beast going to show up in the story later on as an important character?

2024-08-18 11:52:26 +0000 UTCThis one was answered in the past, the SDE was as strong as the Crimson Cloud Empire but Jianguo's sparking of a civil war weakened it before he went after all opposition. Whatever sects that were strong were long gone by the time the story got to the country, and with stuff like Murong Bang's destruction of the previous culture of his "capital" legacy of anything probably had a hard time surviving.

To raise a cultivator to the Heaven realm, let alone to the Emperor realm, requires a massive investment of time and resources, to the point even sects like the EF and DFP will struggle to supply enough of those to support more than a dozen talents at any given moment. Also, powerful cultivators live long lives, they likely do not see a need to hurry such things along. As for Lu Mei, since she displays all the usual Feng traits (red hair, amber eyes), I would assume she has inherited quite a few of their traits. Her mother's sect is no slouch either. The Eternal Flame wouldn't favor her if she didn't have massive potential.

When elder Xue mentioned it Feng Zhi was embarased What was the role of the Death Fashoning Scripture on the death of Wong Shou? They mention feeling traces of them there. Why were the shadow guys so certain no one on this side could kill him? Did Lu Mei inherit any of the traits Feng Zhi mentioned, other than the eternal flame? Will we meet the Black Dragon female follower that Murong Bang had a deep dislike for?

To put it differently, what prevents all these youths from inflating the number of Heaven Realm cultivators (somewhere around 1000) in a matter of generations? 2) Has Jin ever used cultivation resources that gave him permanent boosts/effects? Here, I’m referring to Elixirs and resources like the Spring of Clear Insight, things like what Qu Rou (Archer core disciple from the Dead Plains) used to make his eyesight so good like he said 3) Can one possess multiple special traits inherent from body type? This question specifically refers to main bloodlines from the greatest sects, since Feng Zhi listed a bunch of special traits the Feng acquired over the centuries. 4) Can people reach the Heaven Realm without having fully formed their own Dao?

It strikes me as weird that the patriarch feng would rely on the eternal flame when he is himself already a god. Or is it a matter of refinement/development? Could the patriarch “upgrade” his eternal flame? Also, do the other divine cultivator in this side of the plains also have inheritances, and can you talk about their daos?
