Koikoi is still sick and under treatment, so it's a good opportunity for the host of the Underdog tournament to make an appearance. (koikoi: I had a relapse and I'm trying what I can to get better soon.)
After considering the alternatives, the traditional votes will be the way to tiebreak.
This time if it still a draw, the winner will be randomized.
