[Notice] Regarding discontinued small support plan

Just a small notice
I decided to simplify tiers management by discontinuing small support plan and merging it into mid-support plan, so all early access character card regardless of timeline, popularity, and such will be posted in mid-support plan category.
Also the description for each tier have been updated.
So yeah... that's it and have a good day! :)
