Scripting Serendipity
Added 2023-07-10 16:30:59 +0000 UTCI'm very happy with the way the script is unfolding as this plays out. As a writer you know things are going well when you feel almost guided... that's the "less conscious", more creative part of your mind working. Characters tend to come alive, and behave in ways you didn't necessarily expect, but in hindsight it makes perfect sense. Also, when I write I can feel the emotions the characters experience, like I'm inhabiting their body in that moment. Right now in the script the MC is excited and nervous about his "date" with Olivia. He doesn't really know what to expect, and he's very focused on making the best impression. So I am too!
