Started GOMAD (drinking a Gallon of Milk a Day) on Tuesday. Been back lifting and thought it would be fun to do another gainer challenge. Every day for a week I’ll finish a gallon of milk (2400 cals x 7 = 16,800 calories) on top of my normal diet, though I’m finding myself too full to eat as much as I normally do. Also, I’ve got some plans to spice up the challenge but leave a comment if you have a specific milk-related challenge to incorporate.
The current plan is that I’ll make a supercut edit of the whole week, but also upload all the footage for the highest tier members :P
