All Better! (Tiny Update)

Hi everyone! I hope your March is getting off to a great start! I'm just popping in to give you a tiny update: I'm all better now, testing negative as of last week and everything! Thank you so much for your very kind words of encouragement, understanding, love, and support: your patience really took a load off my mind and helped me recover faster! 💪 It felt like it took an eternity for me to start feeling normal again, but now that my symptoms are all gone, I'm ready to get back at it! And right on time--my 30th birthday is actually tomorrow! 😱 My partner asked me if I wanted to do anything during the workday to celebrate, but I said I wanted to catch up on the alpha build LMAO don't worry though, lots of little celebrations are being planned for the weekends throughout the month! It's crazy to think of who I was and what kind of writer I was when I first posted the demo for ShoH in January of 2018... Looking back, I'm so proud of how both the game and I have grown together! ☺️ 

Just a few housekeeping items for this mini-update:

• The alpha build! While I was sick, I was trying feebly to force myself to write more of Chapter 7, but in my weakened state, my mind actually wandered to the unfinished routes of Chapter 4... so I actually made a bit of headway on those! I think I'm going to keep the alpha build update at the usual time, around the end of the month, just to maintain the loose schedule we've developed for updates. Hopefully that means double the content this month, but with the Twine port still percolating in the background, we'll have to see! Ideally I will get another finished path of Chapter 4 to you by the end of the month, and we can finally confront that last pesky Faceless Lord (without drowning him off-screen)!
• The new big beautiful art piece for Shepherds is finally complete, after many months of work and painting! It looks STUNNING and incredible and gorgeous, but I'll keep mum on the details for now. I'll be debuting it here on Patreon at some point, and I'm so excited to share it with you all soon!
• Ayla's character card is complete, and Tallys's will follow in a few weeks!
• Halek's character sheet is still in progress!
• I've sent off your suggestions and references to our composer, Irene Chan, so she's brainstorming ideas for Trouble's theme song as we speak! 🎶
• I hope you enjoyed the latest short story offering, Some Kind of Virus! That AU just randomly grabbed me by the throat and won't let go, so I'm looking forward to introducing more of our main cast this month!
