Annoying Gift Boxes Fixes/Improvements

Hey everyone!

I've got a couple fixes/improvements for the various Annoying Gift Boxes. Some are things you all have requested, but I also found an issue myself with the most recent expansion that may cause some of you issues. Attached to this post you will find 4 STL's:

1. annoying_box_lid_fix
- I've had a handful of people mention that the lid was a bit snug. This is an updated lid that has more clearance so it should fit onto the container with plenty of space.

2. box_5_lid_fix (need 2)
- Major fix to be able to fit Version 2 into Version 3 more reliably
- Version 3 has an issue I just became aware of this morning, and this was the best way I could think to fix it so you wouldn't have to re-print the big boxes again if you've already printed it. I've had the overall 666 box print successfully on a handful of printers, but recently I had a couple that didn't fit will together.
- I realized if there is any over-extrusion on the lids for Box 5 (Version 2 outer box), then Box 6 will not fit together well enough for the bolts to go in.
- These new lids for Box 5 open up plenty of space for Box 6 to close and everything to line up the way it should.

3. box_6a_fix
- A minor improvement for Version 3 (666 box)
- A few people mentioned the fit between box 6a and 6b was snug, so this is a new version of box_6a with more clearance.

4. all_in_one_tool
- New tool for the 5 different bolt variations
- I've been struggling keeping up with the 5 different tools for the different bolt variations, so I combined them all into one. Makes things much easier for anybody printing and selling with the different bolt variations.

That's it for now! One other request I've had a few times is to be able to use the ribbon from version 2 on version 3. I've got it noted and will see what I can do! in the meantime, I'm working hard on getting a new holiday print out ASAP!
