1. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE FILE REFERRING TO THE MONTH I PAID?
The link will be sent in your private chat. After one month the file will go to our shop.
2. HOW LONG WILL CHARACTERS REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD?
THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE 3rd TO THE 3rd OF THE NEXT MONTH, THAT IS, THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ONE MONTH. AFTER THAT, IT WILL GO TO OUR STORE. AND THE SURPRISE CHARACTERS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE 15TH TO THE 15TH OF NEXT MONTH
3. WHAT DATE WILL I RECEIVE THE BENEFITS AND WHAT DATE WILL I BE ABLE TO VOTE?
Voting day: 30th to 2nd of each month

WELCOME PACK: YOU WILL RECEIVE A WELCOME PACK WITH 10 ASSORTED CHARACTERS AS SOON AS YOU SUBSCRIBE TO THE "ANIME ADDICTED" LAYER. I WILL ONLY ASK YOU FOR A VALID EMAIL IN YOUR CHAT SO THAT I CAN GIVE YOU ACCESS.
4. WHY DON'T I HAVE THE PASSWORD OF THE OLD CHARACTERS?
Maybe it's because you are a novice patron, just buy them in our shop (https://www.patreon.com/yukiistudio/shop) or subscribe to the "anime addict" tier for a year and you will have access to all our previous characters, from 2020 to the year in which you completed a year of subscribing.
