I trying to change my line style. I love how it looks now! Only the elf portrait is still with the old way to draw the line.

Oh, Mara Sov made by another style. In lines style I try to make it look different from without lines one. Because... Sometimes, when I shade characters realistically, lines like... disturb? I don't know. I want to make my with lines style more in harmony. But I'll remember what you and Trickster said to me, while I'll be doing new lines picture! Thank you both for feedback! :)

2018-09-20 05:23:32 +0000 UTCI think I agree with Trickster. The new style is more like a cel shaded approach which is not necessarily a bad thing but I would consider it in general less unique. In contrast the fully shaded old style looks more high-grade. It might come with more effort though. The style like in the Mara Sov work (second from the right in the banner) is the one I like best - so much expression. I doubt that would have been possible with more noticeable lines.
