It seems so easy to backslide into this negative feedback loop of clientelism, but there have to be case studies of breaking the mold and building a more incorruptible state/society/community. Is anyone else interested in hearing that topic?

I would be more than willing to support a monthly billing schedule, even if it means less than monthly uploads.
