Animation Goal Reached & Story Document Updated!
Added 2018-01-15 04:24:52 +0000 UTCWe focused this week on story-related work, brainstorming some neat new twists, incorporating a few new characters, and updating information in our working document along the way. If you're in the tier that can view it and want the latest plot details, be sure to check them out! (Or don't, if you don't want spoilers D: )
This weekend we also achieved the funding goal for Limited Animated Effects—hooray! This entails adding moving elements to backgrounds, blinking sprites, and other simple animation that will bring the environment to life (along the lines of what we demonstrated in the Chapter 1 introduction). I'm really excited that we hit this goal, since I think it will add a lot of production value to the game! Thank you all for making it happen!!!
The next—and at the moment final—goal is even more exciting: if we achieve it, we will work with you, the Patrons, to add a community-created romance to the game! I'd love to see what you guys come up with, and hopefully we'll get to find out ; ) Fingers crossed! Thanks so much, everybody!
