Here comes the end of the month update. It was a rough month, not gonna lie. I will assume you guys are already know what happening to the internet lately. But before we move to not fun stuff, here comes an update teaser for the next release!

Brazilian Miku is coming!

**Summary for who don't want to read a long, stressful, depressing stuff : Censorship Bad!**

The pushing seems to be far too well timed to be coincident. While it's nothing new for platforms like Patreon, Fanbox, DLsite and other similar places to be regulated with similar rules years ago, my observation is this wave of censorship on Steam and Itch isn't about regulation kind of censorship, but outright weaponize one.

Maybe I was looking too deep into this, but compared to what happened to Patreon has a lot of conversation and time to prepare and communicate with creators, the ban wave of Steam and Itch seems like an "all or nothing" crackdown. There was almost no time to prepare (Itch got only 3 months while last time they gave almost a year for Patreon.) It's concerning that more general public platforms started to be aggressively targeted now.

One small upside is when you target a much bigger platform, you got into much more wider optic, thus, more pushback. We have seen a lot of pushback on gamers, Japanese government (on VISA), mainstream influencers and more. It is enough? I cannot tell. I am but a silly boing boing live2d man who happened to hate censorship as much as the next person. Still, it's good to see more and more people being aware of this on going issue. Even not actively fighting for changes yourself, the power of well-informed people ready to push the cause is greater than we think. So please do yourself a favor of basic researching, there are some misinformation about this whole thing, so be aware of that too.

For me, I am going to keep doing this animation stuff until I can't. Don't worry, my passion won't die before my financial situation said so (it's depressing but brutally honest lol).
