Based on my workplan, I should have at least a complete story by now, but I messed up. I tried to change some mechanics of the game and it all came crashing down, making me lose valuable time. Basically I had an idea to give a better control of the diceroll: Let me explain.
I guess by now you all know about MJ asking before visiting.
What if, by saying NO, the next diceroll would only be 1,2 or 3? That's the idea. It's not much, but it might give the player some small advantage and a reason to deny MJ a visit.
That's the thing, that held me back. At this point, I don't know if it's worth it, also because it might not work too well with your existing saves. Let me know what you think.
The other reason for the delay is even more boring. I wish I could tell you that I'm living my second youth with some hot girl that I met, but ...no. My ball and chain are my patients that as years go by, I look wiser and trustworthy so are constantly filling my waiting room day after day, poor souls.
Anyway, back to 1999: Doc, what's the prognosis? Actually, I can't really say. But since putting a deadline always helped me work faster, I'd say 4 weeks. I'm pretty sure that I can have something ready by then.

The dice-rolling mod sounds like a good idea if it's not too much hassle for you to implement. I suspect that most of us have reached the final stretch of the game by now, though, so have gone beyond the dice-rolling stage, so the mod won't affect us.
