Here is a small version where the end of a scene is modified (End of the contract with the barman), and the possibility of a new job for Lucy has been added so that it is possible to reach the 100k that the house is worth (Not yet possible to buy).
I won't tell you how many scenes there are so you can look for them yourself.
For what you want to use a save point, and you want to skip these events, you will have to repeat the scene at the end of the contract with the bartender.
