Magfest 2023
Added 2023-01-15 02:10:20 +0000 UTCI had an absolutely fantastic time working with Sonos and the MAG team out at Super Magfest last weekend. The experimental Immersive audio broadcast was a success with many feedback comments saying it was the best audio broadcast they have ever heard in Virtual Reality.
It was a pleasure getting to mix the Grammy award wining 8 Bit Big Band and many more. We are looking at doing a restream in VR sometime soon.
I hope to share more details on my software soon. I found quite a number of bugs and things that need to be addressed before announcement but it did run the whole thing without any issues so success there. I'm super excited about where this goes, it was honestly one of the best audio experiences I've heard.
