About my laptop

Hi Guys~
Just wanted to give you a quick update on my laptop. It's been crashing a lot in the last few hours and I don't know how to fix it, so I took it to a repair shop. Unfortunately, they told me that I need to do a fresh installation...
I'm doing everything I can to back up my files and make sure I don't lose anything important. But there's still a chance that some files might get lostπ€.
Because of this, I might not be able to post for a day or two. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and thanks for your patience and supportπ.
