Star Pass Tier & Other Changes (Starting July)
Added 2020-06-26 02:32:18 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Hope you're all staying in safe and in good health these days. I'll be moving into a new apartment tomorrow (on my own :D!) so things have been a bit busy outside of art stuff here.
With that in mind, I want to change the Star Pass (and a few other things) in a few ways:
- Star Pass will bump up to $20 a month (The sketch quality is still a steal for this price but it's a nice round number now. And this might help curb people from holding onto slots for too long.)
- OCs will not be permitted. (Sorry! For as little as I get paid for these, working on so many characters I have little to no attachment to can burn me out quick!)
- Slot limit will be brought down to 10. (Again, this should help reduce burnout *and* allocate time to work on other stuff for patrons.)
With those changes in mind, I'd like to focus more on artist-driven works rather than commissions. I know it's something everyone wants more of (myself included!) and I finally can afford to not rely on comms as much as I do. And hopefully it'll mean the Patreon will grow even more as a result, which'll encourage me to keep that going for the coming months.
