2025-09-21 15:27:13 +0000 UTCthis episode made me truly love this show. Any other show Rebecca's apology would have been a huge blow up and upset with all the drama. But here we got just such a moment of grace from Ted. And such a great example of what a genuine apology looks like. It was just such a human moment that we then immediately moved on from. They used the whole set up to create a ton of plot, but then once the characters and heart was established the show didn't use it to create any more hurt and drama. For me that scene is the heart of the show

I know these shows aren’t exactly high class watching, but the songs in One Tree Hill and Grey’s Anatomy and several other soapish shows will knock you right on your ass lol. Especially OTH. So excited you guys are watching Lasso though! Such a GREAT show! (Crossing my fingers for a future The Good Place or Marvelous Mrs. Maisel watch! They’re the kind of shows you would probs never reach for but then surprisingly enjoy!)
