The funny thing about this character is the client said he never actually described her as having big tits... Firbolgs are Giant-kin, so most people are chest-height to her, so they kept making jokes about people bumping into her tits or talking to her tits instead of her face, and gradually over time it just became established that their character was a total bombshell.
The same thing has happened in basically every D&D campaign I've played in, although I play with other adult artists so I guess it's not too surprising. I feel like in D&D terms it feels like tit size is usually like... directly related to the character's strength score. The stronger your character is, the more likely she is to have massive yabbos. Although I guess logically they should be tied to Constitution. But the only campaign I've played where we didn't eventually establish one character as having way bigger tits than her initial design would imply was one where we didn't have any female characters with a high Strength score.
