I am not knowledgeable on all the lore since there is too much for me to care about, but I recall multiple events from S1 and S2 having a basis in the lore or to the actual game. Don't think they try to force the original story too hard but there certainly are a lot of references for League players to enjoy.

2024-11-09 22:54:51 +0000 UTCDave, actually you're really not missing much if any for easter eggs. Part of what makes the show so great is it stands on its own independent of the game itself. It uses the lore yes, but any easter eggs are just quiet trinkets or symbols that are blink and you miss it. In fact, they've changed some bits of lore to fit the show cause its better written!
