[Skyrim SE] Vanargand Animations - Dual Wield Attacks
Added 2021-12-08 14:24:48 +0000 UTCI'm glad to finally bring you the dual wielding combat set "Vanargand Animations - Dual Wield Attacks", this was quite fun and really challenging to make and has at last reached a quality state I'm happy with.
Next up, I'll be working on the dual wield sneak movement and attacks, followed by the SkySA version of both the dual wield moveset and the sneak attacks.

These animations will replace, While holding a one handed weapon in the left hand, the standing, walking and running left hand normal attack, the standing and directional left hand power attacks including the special/combo dual attacks with all one handed weapons.
This is the vanilla replacer version, to be used as is, or to be placed in your folder structure of choice (Nemesis PCEA, Combo/Stances Animation Framework, etc...)
Use any mod manager or manually copy the content from your chosen attached file's 'Data' folder into your Skyrim's 'Data' folder.
Animation Motion Revolution is required, and serves to give the character custom motion data while attacking.

Haha much appreciated! I set out to change pretty much all of Skyrim's animations, man that seemed impossible at first, but we're actually getting there! :)

You are definitely my favorite animator, there's too much attention on SkySA/AMR (in my opinion) and you certainly have the best animations for vanilla gameplay. The best part is you have almost touched on all the skill sets in Skyrim, I can't wait to see what you create in the future.

I actually got the idea to make them like this when I first stated using TDM, since the regular side power attacks often missed hitting the target I was locked onto unless the actors were basically in collision with each other.
