January Release Plans

I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays and had a happy new year! Here's this months current release plans.

Firstly, over the next couple days I'll be finishing up version 0.04 for Holstaur Milk Ranch, bringing it up to 0.04.9. This update will complete Level 4 entirely, by adding the missing Monster Pets, balancing out some of the combat, and adding a few additions to existing gameplay components.

Next, in Monster Girl Garden I'm really hoping to get the Terrain editor playable test finished, there's just a few weird things I still need to figure out the best way to deal with. I'm also planning to add a long requested feature, a "Monster Daycare" center. Monsters can be deposited here and held like a storage area, allowing players to attract more Visitors of a certain species without having to get rid of their current ones. I also want to explore some of the older gameplay mechanics and try to make them cleaner or even add some content to them. If there's still time for this update after all that, I want to start looking into end-game mechanics.

Holstaur Milk Ranch 0.04.9 (January 10th)
[X] New Monstergirl Pets; Vivianne the Vampire (a new defender whose power increases if she gets the last hit on an Attacker), Allie the Alchemist (throws a random potion onto a neaby Cow, Effy the Elf (an elf Bard who casts one of several effects; refills all hunger, prevents items from spoiling, buffs Defenders next attack with a huge boost, reduces spawn time of all producers. Every 60 seconds she changes effects)

[X] Finish 3 missing Monstergirl Pets for Level 4

[X] Increased the cooldown of Connie's ability by 15 seconds
[X] Increased Tyra the Tiger's move speed by 100, now even with Riley's when she's fed

[X] Merchants now order different types from the Stall
[X] There's now 3 types, Cow, Bull, and Wild. Wild comes from Attackers
[X] If a Merchant orders different types, a bonus tip will be granted for each extra type
[X] Merchants who are running out of patience will now display off-screen indicators
[X] Decreased the volume of some sound effects
[X] Fixed a bug where the new off-screen indicators were causing hitbox conflicts with existing hud elements
[X] Fixed a bug where Defenders were not targeting Slimes

Monster Girl Garden 1.55b (January 28th)
[//] New Active Item; Domination Collar, the Monster wearing this will always be dominated by other Monsters it engages with

[X] Daycare Clerk is a default NPC until the character is finalized
[X] 'Daycare' center where Monsters can be stored
[X] Array for Stored Monsters added to Saved Data, tested to ensure there's no data mismatches and building exe is still functional
[X] Monsters in the Garden can be stored in the Daycare by interacting with the Daycare clerk
