MGG; New Species preview
Added 2025-03-09 02:37:41 +0000 UTCA quick look at the new species coming to MGG in version 1.48; Arachne.
Only the longest term fans will remember that Arachne was once in MGG a long time ago, but due to significant skeleton problems and the time it would have taken to animate a completely new skeleton, she was scrapped.
So instead of the traditional Arachne model I opted for a more stylized take on the species, drawing inspiration from Doc Ock and Iron Spider. The Arachne will be used to produce Silk, and when they're eventually added, clothes. Arachne are attracted to your Garden once Moths have made their home there, and prefer Forest and Cave biomes.
