That rings so true! The half six thing, and most of all the I remember going on a walk, not too long to a restaurant. It was 2 hours, and part of it was wading in thigh high snow.... worth it to drink gluhwein at the end though.

Had to come here to destress with some laughter after the point was laboured to me over and over that we must be ready to leave 1100 at the latest this morning, at the absolute latest 1100, no later than 1100, must be fully ready to go by 1100 at the very latest, "that's 1100 *German* time". It was unclear if that was a joke about timezones or British punctuality. The punchline is the strict 1100 deadline was because we had a table booked for 1130. Of course since it was only a 5 minute drive to the restaurant, we were there far too early, the first customers in fact, with the buffet not yet laid out even. But nobody can accuse us of having been late...

Yup, it's a line from the "Granny's Disciplinary Hearing" sketch that seemed somewhat iconic for the character of Mrs. Geraghty. ...However, I just remembered that they DO have merch (tea towels, I believe) with Anne Flanagan's iconic line "Clean as you go!"

oh, and the beer scene, with the call from Anne, this one was better! The foam on the nose and mouth was the funniest thing!!!

I loved the shoulder patting all the time from both of them! It's a hilarious sketch on so many levels!!

I noticed that when they released the photo. I thought we'd get a back-to-back Anne sketch. I'd say this is the first Anne-Oisin sketch sans Anne that still had me in stitches 😆
