Chapter tomorrow [plus some art]

I'm nearly done with the first draft of the next chapter but I have a headache and my back hurts and if I try to power through it's just not going to be polished and I'll miss important elements. The theme should be cool so I'd rather take a minute to do it right.
Saturday chapters are not as fun, I know, but the last chapter wiped me out. (Super mega thanks for the reception! It was one I worried about, as you can maybe imagine. I'm blown away with the response.)
While I'm here, quick heads-up about my holiday. I'm going to Scotland next week and there will be some disruption to the schedule but it's almost perfectly timed to coincide with a book ending so fingers crossed it's almost normal from your point of view. For the sake of my relationship, the first couple of chapters are likely to be short...

2025-05-16 15:55:25 +0000 UTCI'm loath to suggest this, but perhaps taking a break day from releasing a chapter each month will allow you to keep up the amazing content while allowing you to keep your relationship as strong as possible. I think that a lot of what makes Max great is his relationships, especially his relationship with Emma. I believe all of us readers would hate for your inspiration for relationship moments to dry up. I just wish I could binge the rest of the series right now. After all, there isn't a series I'm reading now where I anticipate what comes next more.
