Hi!

I'm taking a break from writing the frankly stupendous chapter about [spoiler redacted] - you'll never believe who [spoiler] [verbs]!

Anyway, as discussed on Discord a while back, I've set up a Premier League Fantasy Football league and you're welcome to join it. It's free, mostly easy, and believe me if I'm in the game you won't be the person taking it the least seriously. Also if you think you won't enjoy it because you'll be bad at the game - ha! Wait till you see how I get on.

Gameplay is simple - you choose a squad and pick who you want to start in a particular game week. You might drop your starting goalie if his team is about to play Man City, for example, or you might choose your players and then let them get on with it so that you can write a 15,000 word chapter over a weekend. THE CHOICE IS YOURS.

The Premier League season will start Friday August 16 so register and pop a team up. You can make transfers through the season. It's like being Max Best!

If you need help, I've created a channel in the Discord, or there are millions of blogs, podcasts, and YouTube channels where people talk about which players to buy.

They have added a cup game where in the end of the season (when people tend to forget they ever signed up) you will compete directly against other players from the league. That's a really fun addition and there's no way I'm going to let some rando beat me. The cup will be mine mwahhahHAHAHhahaha.

I won't be going on about it here in the Patreon - maybe some notes at the end of chapters and a special mention to the league winner at the end of the season. The cup winner is me so no need to write anything extra for that one.
