"Why are you doing this?" asked the helpless superheroine.
"Because, we need a brain enzime of yours, so we can create our newest product, a formula that allows anyone to develop super powers. You know, no superhuman would give it for free, and there is also a complication... the process will kill the donor, since we first need to inject the brain with this formula, which will dissolve the organ, so we can extract what we need.
