Meet Chef Huxley Whitlip, the biggest threat to Piggy Sue's sanity since BeeBee's triple-corn cornbread!

Huxley is shown here as both a teenage Beacon Scout Guide and in her current state. She and Clem met in Scouts and were each other's first love. Like Clem herself, Huxley is serene, intelligent and a big fan of really good food. The two parted when Huxley was given the opportunity to attend culinary school in France, with Clem unwilling to leave her aunts. The breakup was sad but amicable. And within the course of our narrative, Huxley comes back into Clem's life. Piggy Sue promptly loses her shit. Of course, the reaction is unmerited; Clem has no interest in stirring up the ghosts of relationships past. Of course. Right?

Right?

Anyway, Huxley is a white-lipped peccary, which is like a wild boar, but also not. Peccaries are piglike mammals who are rather more fangy than tusky. They're also culinary wizards who age surprisingly well, also Piggy Sue is a lousy cook who depends on Stick to operate the stove, oh god.
