* Fixed error when switching P1/P2 profiles
* Profile activation sensitivity doubled (allows you to activate the desired profile faster)
* Additional security for writing temp data (allows Phoenix to work correctly)
* Fix for rare bug when Phoenix doesn't want to do anything
* Fixed bug of manual profiles activation when load (cpu usage 100%) is already present in the system
* Added notification if BIOS is incompatible
* Added ability to save "Settings mode" state
* More aggressive P2 for some processors

Known problems:
* Problems with monitoring. I am working on a solution to this problem.
* Windows defender sees a Trojan program, it's a false positive. Microsoft will eventually analyze the structure before dropping the suspicion.

Test version means that beta 3 will still receive some improvements. I am publishing an intermediate build.
