* CTR crashes if PPT/TDC/EDC fields are empty
* Program configuration file breaks after BSOD/Reboot (no way to start the program manually)
* "Phoenix" infinite loop
* IFSO 2.0 causes an instant crash
IMPROVEMENTS:
* Calibration for Zen 3 category (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze)
* CTR settings and temporary values are now stored in different files (allows to improve program fault tolerance)
* Penalty calibration for the final profile (more flexible penalty system)
* "Phoenix" knows how to notify the user about his status (activated or not).
* Improvements in the algorithm IFSO 2.0 (tuning speed increased for Ryzen 9 5950X and Ryzen 9 5900X)
