CTR 2.0 beta 2 is in testing phase!

FIXES:
* CTR crashes if PPT/TDC/EDC fields are empty
* Program configuration file breaks after BSOD/Reboot (no way to start the program manually)
* "Phoenix" infinite loop
* Category calibration for Zen 3 processors (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze)
* IFSO 2.0 causes an instant crash
* CTR settings and temporary values are now stored in different files (allows to improve program fault tolerance)
