BeeBee Wolfe has nothing on her when it comes to inciting Piggy Sue's ire, for this austere ewe is your no-nonsense, clean as a whistle health inspector. She didn't come to play. She came to slay slovenly food trucks.
Ewelynne is a Jacob's sheep. Her horn is not broken; the breed's horns come in a variety of unique styles. Ewelynne can be compared to Sterling from "Leverage"; she always wins. In this case, it's because she is genuinely on the side of the greater good, despite Piggy Sue's outrage. Ewelynne is the master of her craft, and that craft is keeping people from getting sick and possibly dying of food-borne illness. 3 Griddle Pigs must struggle to stay a step head of the sheep's squeaky clean hooves, and that's a good thing.

Anyone who can say with full-throated confidence that REGULATIONS ARE WRITTEN IN THE BLOOD OF THE INNOCENT and mean it right down in their core is a friend of mine. Hopefully BeeBee and Piggy Sue can at least learn to grudgingly accept her presence. Who knows, maybe her iron-hooved enforcement of the rules leaves them Last Trucks Standing during the Great Summer Campylobacter Outbreak of '24. Also, siiiiiiide stories! Where she's the heroic protagonist instead of the antagonist! Everyone's the hero in their own stories!
