Thanks For Making Me A Fighter

Here we have Kae's take on another canon character, as well as a full-on OC.  Not a nextgen, not a parent, but a donut steel.  Because WE ARE NEVER GETTING OUT OF HERE.

Captain Grime was a famously brutal battle toad, but he joined our heroes in defeating King Andrias and has cast off his former proclivity for nasty not-niceness.  Now an active contributor to peaceful amphibian society, he teaches the youngsters how to defend themselves and the town from bandits and ne'erdowells.  Grime lost an arm to the final battle but it's not as if that slows down any badassery around here. 

You'd think that Grime and Yunan would hate each other (they clashed in the canon), but now that things have settled down they find they have more in common than not.  They are in fact quite good friends, both respecting each other's fighting skills.  Also they have a similar taste in women, as gentleman Grimothy is dating Ivy's mom Felicia.  Hope he can fold a napkin as well as he can bash a skull.

The gray newt, well, I made her from scratch!  General Lisska was Yunan's commanding officer in the Newtopian army.  The two of them sort of evolved alongside each other, with Lisska first appearing as Private Yunan's sergeant.  As time went on Yunan grew to trust and respect Lisska tremendously.  During the years-long period where Yunan and Olivia did not see each other due to their conflicting responsibilities, Lisska and second-in-command Yunan developed very close relationship.  It was all for comfort, however; they were both in love with other people.

It's a foregone conclusion that Lisska didn't survive the horrors of the Sand Wars, as Yunan took up her mantle and finished the job.  Furthermore Lisska was quite a bit more humble during her stay as General; unlike Yunan, she was soft spoken and didn't showcase her insignia.  Sorry friend, but to win the Sand Wars you're going to need a CRAZY WOMAN.  

Also the proportions on this page are accurate; Grime is a big boy, but toads are OP large.
