Uncle Ben is literally the only person I follow on the internet. I use 0 social media bar whatsapp and email... authenticity was a great word to sum up why.

Ill be really good when it gets better. Doing collegen, glucosamine and joint pain cream. It helps...they say splint it also but I cant not play.....so thats out. Hope it mends quick for ya!!
