Patrons! Lend me thine Strat-based opinions

Ok, so help me out here… this week, I’m filming a Strat-centric video in conjunction with Sweetwater for the 70th anniversary of the Strat. I would like to film a “learn it along with me” type video, kind of like I have done with Acid Rain recently and Hang ‘em High before that. Those kinds of videos are a lot of fun to make, I love making it about the PROCESS and not exactly the PRODUCT, if that makes sense!
So I’m trying to decide on a legendary Strat tune here, and I would love your input. So far I’ve thought about:
-Cliffs of Dover intro by EJ
-Little Wing by Hendrix, which I’ve somehow NEVER LEARNED
-something SRV
-Sails of Charon by Scorpions
Stuff like that. Please let me know what you’d like to see me try and tackle!!!
