A Sparkle-ling Perfection scene-by-scene updated: Chapter 3 done, Chapter 4 started.

I could start pre-reading for chapter 3, but I'd have to make a separate file, and there's always the possibility that I'll want to tweak something… I guess I'll hold off for now, though if it doesn't look like I'm going to finish chapter 4, chapter 3 will definitely go up before the end of the month.
