Hope everyone is staying sane and healthy. Since we are all gonna be cooped up for a while here, I figure it’s a perfect time to do some new FAQ You episodes and keep us all chatting and interacting!!! I may even do a one every week if I have time.

Jesse, I’m sorry you’re having some trouble here, but I have no control over billing. I don’t have access to charge, refund, or stop anyone’s payments. There should be a customer service or help email here somewhere that you can use, and they can straighten your account out. Hope they can fix things up for you, man.
