A LOT of my friends in the music and food service industries are being hit HARD right now due to all the virus situations... i just hope all of you guys are staying healthy and wealthy! This is a really wild time to be alive, huh? But i'm sure we will all find a way to make it through somehow. Life finds a way, isn't that what Jurassic Park told us?!
Since i've had a LOT of gigs and lessons cancelled, too, i'll be working harder on my youtube channel for you guys! If we're all locked in our homes, we all gotta keep occupied, right?
So what would you all like to see? Some cool theory/scale stuff? Specific song/solo tutorials? Maybe some ground zero basic guitar stuff? Gear demos? Covers? More FAQ content (its been like a million years since i did an FAQ You episode, i'm chomping at the bit to get back at those!)? Some great exercise/workout material? Lesson on rhythm please. How to play some notes or mix of notes in one bar, how to practice that, where to challenge ourselves, how to learn sense of rhythm. ( I am struggling to play part of the song which goes: triplet 16 and single 8 note)
2020-03-24 20:00:07 +0000 UTCAlso, a "what makes this solo melt your face" series of videos would be awesome. e.g. the theory explained behind "that thing that someone did that made you slack-jawed" during a solo. e.g. throwing in a flat-V to an otherwise not-very-bluesy song, etc.
